We start from a very simple principle: our activity of growing and harvesting gives us all the skills needed to opt for the purchase of grapes over that of the bulk purchasing of wine !
Next, particular care is paid to the process of making wine from this fruit, thanks to the watchful eye of our oenologist, M. Keller : - either we take charge of the process of wine-making ourselves, - or, thanks to our partnerships with various cellars, we supervise the process, which takes place on the premises of these producers, but under our control and following our directions. Our task as a wine merchant then begins, involving the creation of blends of batches of the same grape variety, but which were grown on different, but complementary vineyards… Once more, our oenologist is needed to ensure our wines have all the qualities people are looking for in a ‘Grand Vin’ of Alsace.
